The Lemon Blueberry Protein Shake, it takes 2 minutes to make and its much better than skipping a meal!

A new favourite to mine!

1.5 cups of water
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 lemon squeezed or blended (depending on your blender)
1-3 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder
BLEND and consume :)
